Hi. My name is Randy Hess and I'm a person on a pursuit. My pursuit is to change peoples habits. Many have given up on trying to achieve anything. We all try to "buy" a solution. We need money, we find someone that will lend it to us. We want to lose weight, we look for a pill. We don't like the way our life is turning out, we blame it on the economy, or our parents. We hibernate and give up, hoping that something external to us will change and "cut us a break."

My message is that we can solve many of our own issues, and advance in our careers and lives by using our own brain in a very simple fashion. By taking the time, and following a plan to get what we want. By putting our brain to work and listening to what it will tell us. We know already the things we must do. We just ignore the thoughts and cover them up with more pathetic "busy-ness" and self induced noise.

It's time to stop the non-productive activity, stop blaming something or someone else and build a path to get us where we want to be. Then we must put on our shoes and walk that path.

I'm offering a view as to how we can design that path. How we can get over the hills and through the valleys and "arrive" at a destination. A destination that we choose, not one of circumstances.
